A man from the USA conducted an experiment and ate at McDonald's for 100 days
Along with fast food, he drank up to 2.7 liters of water a day and reduced his food portions by exactly 2 times. He also stopped drinking alcohol and gave up snacks. The man wanted to prove that it is not the content of the food that matters, but its quantity.
As a result, after a month, he got on the scale - he lost 26.5 kg. Health indicators increased:
• Triglyceride decreased by 205 points.
• Cholesterol dropped by 65 points.
• Blood sugar decreased from prediabetic to normal.
He said he "never counted calories" and ordered whatever he wanted from the McDonald's menu - Big Macs, French fries, desserts and other products
The man emphasized that he was not affiliated with McDonald's and was not paid by the company. According to him, he chose this fast food chain because his nickname has always been "Big Mac".
