A drunk American woman asked for arrest at a Florida airport (6 photos + 1 video)

The incident involving a drunk passenger named Marcy occurred on February 15th last year at the Punta Gorda Airport in Charlotte County, Florida. After the Allegiant flight had landed, police received a call about a woman being rowdy on board.





Before Marcy was escorted off the plane, a flight attendant approached Sergeant Marsh of the Charlotte County Sheriff's Department and asked if he could delete the photos and videos from the woman's phone. His request was denied. Marcy later claimed that she was filming the crew so she could sue.



The sergeant repeatedly asked the woman to show her ID, but she refused and suggested "arresting her." The husband advised his wife to show her ID, but only angered her.

"Go away! This all started because of you," she told her husband.





"I'm going to have a cigarette before I talk to you," she said to the officer. "So tell me where smoking is allowed."

"You can't smoke here," the sergeant replied.

"Then arrest me," Marcy suggested.

Finally, the sergeant ordered her to turn around and handcuffed her.

"You've played yourself out, Marcy. You're such a fool," her husband blurted out and headed for the airport.



"My son is much younger than you, and he's a goddamn sergeant. He would have done something different. You haven't even told me what the problem is," the American tried to play on his pity, and then suggested that the officer had a Napoleon complex.

As she was being led through the terminal, the woman blamed Allegiant for the incident, which had treated her too badly.

"All I did was come here on a goddamn vacation," Marcy screamed.

The sergeant replied, "Luckily, you'll be spending the first part of your vacation in our prison."

"I can't wait to get in front of the judge because my phone is still recording," she responded.



On the way to jail, the woman repeatedly asked what she had done wrong, and was told, "You're being violent and drunk."

"I'm going to sue Allegiant and your ass. I have my phone, I already got the video," she threatened, adding, "You probably have Napoleon syndrome."

Unfazed, the officer responded, "Probably."
