Officers were able to arrest three of the suspects, one of whom was armed.

Six looters have been arrested in Altadena, where the deadly Eaton Fire is raging. One of them was found to be in possession of an Emmy statuette. Authorities have not said who it belonged to or what category it was awarded for. However, the award has already been returned to its rightful owner.
California has a Three Strike Law, which means repeat offenders can face life in prison.
"It's not a question of if you'll get caught if you commit a crime, it's a question of when," Hochman said at a news conference Monday.
"These crimes are heinous and pose a direct threat to our community at a time when we are facing unprecedented loss and vulnerability. If you take advantage of this tragedy to profit from the victims of these deadly fires, we will find you and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law."

At least 25 people have died and thousands of homes have been destroyed in wildfires fueled by powerful Santa Ana winds.
So far, more than 40 arrests have been made for robbery, curfew violations, drug possession, impersonation of a police officer, and illegal drone flights.
LAPD Assistant Chief Blake Chow warned those planning to take advantage of the situation: "They will not get away with it. I just wanted to tell the people of Los Angeles: our team is standing by."
