The video, which has received over 17 million views on Instagram*, shows members of the tribe, whom Pinto calls "the scariest tribe". However, some netizens have doubts about the authenticity of the presented material. 
The footage, accompanied by Daniel's comments, shows him interacting with silent tribesmen dressed in unusual robes made of mud and clay. The tribe guards a sacred waterfall, which is considered an important place in their culture. Giant masks, imitating the images of spiritual birds with long noses and frightening expressions, only enhance the effect of mystery.
"These guys are protecting the waterfall from strangers, and they are pretty scary," Pinto said in the video.
The blogger's publication caused a mixed reaction. Many users express doubts about the reality of what is happening.
One commenter noted, "The scariest tribe won't let you within 100 feet," while another wondered if the tribesmen themselves were aware of their role in the video. Some viewers took the post ironically, comparing the tribesmen's looks to modern fashion brands.
