Passenger plane crashed in Kazakhstan flying from Baku to Grozny

A passenger plane crashed near the Kazakh city of Aktau. As reported by Censor.NET, local media outlets are reporting on this.
Preliminary, it was flying from Baku (Azerbaijan) to Grozny (Russia). It is known that an emergency signal was sent from the plane.
According to lada.kz, there were 105 passengers and five crew members on board. There are known survivors.
The reasons for the crash are still unknown, but according to one version in the media, the plane could have been hit by air defense systems over Russian territory.
