A woman is trying to get the authorities to cut down a tree that causes her severe allergic reactions. Now she is waiting for a decision from the local administration, but does not believe in it and plans to move to Australia.

41-year-old Rakna Anderson, who lives in the British city of Easton, demands that the local authorities cut down a pine tree in her yard, as it causes her severe allergies. However, the local administration refuses to make concessions to the woman, who is already thinking about moving to Australia, away from this tree.

Ms. Anderson says that this conifer causes her unbearable burning, redness and swelling of the face. It is because of this terrible allergic reaction that she refuses to return to her home.

The media writes that the woman underwent numerous medical examinations and was treated for two years. However, doctors were unable to identify the allergen that causes such a reaction in Ms. Anderson. The British woman herself is convinced that all her reactions are caused by the pine tree standing in her yard, because other allergy tests showed a negative result, and her symptoms return precisely when she is at home near this conifer.

"These symptoms are so severe that I feel trapped in my house, embarrassed to go out and constantly afraid. I have no normal life and I can't look people in the eye. When I have the opportunity to go on holiday, I'm scared to death to come home afterwards," Ms Anderson admits.

Journalists add that the woman has asked the local authorities to cut down the tree. However, the problem is that the pine tree is protected and can only be removed with permission from the authorities, who, according to Ms Anderson, are "unlikely" to take such a step.

Now the woman is waiting for a decision from the local administration. She says that if the pine tree is not cut down, she is thinking of leaving the UK for good and moving to Australia "far away from this tree."

"I can't live with this, and I want to get my normal life back," the woman admits.
