Vintage car cemetery found in Switzerland (20 photos)
A vintage car dump has been discovered in Switzerland. According to Auto Motor und Sport, about seventy cars without license plates are rusting in a meadow. These are sedans, coupes and station wagons from the 70s and 80s, most of them German and Italian.
Among them are, for example, the flagship Alfa Romeo of that era, the Fiat 130, Lancia Gamma, Audi 200, Opel Senator, Opel Commodore Caravan, Mercedes-Benz S-Class in the W126 body.
A significant number of cars have damaged wheels, side and rear windows. There are also defects in the paintwork.
According to Swiss law, these cars must be disposed of by responsible persons, but it is unknown who owns the landfill. It is not yet clear why the cars ended up in the meadow, but local authorities are already working on this issue.
