Explosions were heard at night in the Rostov region of the Russian Federation, a fire broke out

The Rostov Region authorities stated that the region was attacked by Ukrainian drones on the night of September 22.
As reported by Censor.NET, this was reported by the Governor of the Rostov Region Vasily Golubev. 
According to local residents, explosions were heard in the region, in particular, in Artem, the Cotton Mill (KhBK in the city of Shakhty), in neighboring Kiriyevka. They also add that "something is burning" in the Lenta area.
They also write online that the fire could have occurred in the Shakhty electrical substation area.
