If you have always dreamed of moving to Italy, and even Tuscany, then the state will pay you from 10 to 30 thousand euros. And all because in this way the authorities are trying to promote socio-economic improvement and repopulation of sparsely populated areas. But don’t rush to rejoice - not everything is so simple.
Citizens of Italy, EU countries and residents of countries with a long-term residence permit in Italy can take part in the project. 
What will this money be used for? They will help cover up to half the cost of buying a home and renovations. Also, this housing will have to become the main one.
