The guy filmed how he rented out a birdhouse to unscrupulous feathered tenants

For property owners, successfully renting out an apartment to good tenants is akin to winning big in the lottery—and just as unlikely. Often you come across unscrupulous tenants who, at a minimum, are very negligent about other people’s property, and, at a maximum, can simply rob.

The guy in this video built a comfortable birdhouse to rent out to feathered residents. He did not arrange any selection - those who were the first to move into the house moved in. It seems that this was reckless, because the winged tenants immediately put things in order, throwing out everything they thought was unnecessary from the house, and bringing a bunch of rubbish into the house - they decided that it would be better this way.

And the owner will now have to hire a cleaning service after them.
