A python stuck on a fence was saved in India
In the Indian state of Rajasthan, a python swallowed a dog and was unable to leave the hunting ground. The predator got stuck on the fence of a farm.
The python tried to crawl away, but was unable to because it had become too heavy: its weight increased from 50 to 75 kilograms. The farm owner was the first to notice the exhausted snake hanging on the fence. He called his neighbors, then forestry officers arrived at the scene.
It took specialists about 30 minutes to catch the python without harming it. The matter was complicated by the fact that the snake reacted aggressively to attempts to remove it from the fence. The captured python was released into the forest. After about 50 minutes, it vomited the swallowed animal.
