One knife against two sharks
When spearfishing, you always take a knife with you. The main functions of its blade are to avoid getting caught in abandoned fishing lines, ropes or nets, and also to finish off caught fish.
But this New Zealand hunter had to use a knife as a defensive weapon. The speed that a shark can develop in water is much higher than a person’s ability to react, but this time the target of the attacking predators was not the diver, but his tuna.
In the recording, we see a knife pierce the heads of both sharks, they stop attacking and swim away.
