Kipf was indicted in January on computer fraud charges related to the February 2023 data breach between GuestTek Interactive Entertainment and Milestone Inc. in June 2023.
Authorities estimated that the damages Kipf caused for failing to pay child support and accessing networks exceeded more than $195,000, court documents show.
On March 29, Jesse Kipf pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated identity theft and one count of computer fraud.
