The incident happened at around 8am as the supermarket opened in Tontega, South Wales. A 70-year-old woman stood with a cart at the entrance, closed by automatic roller shutters. She stood with her back to the entrance and the edge of her cloak caught on the shutters. They began to rise and pulled the poor woman with them, who was simply hanging upside down! She didn’t even immediately let go of her cart, not understanding what was happening...
Fortunately, the store owner quickly came to the rescue, took the woman off the hook and carefully set her on her feet.
“At that moment, all I could think about was not falling on my head,” she said later. - They say this can happen to anyone, but no, this can only happen to me! I'm lucky that I approach everything with humor. Now I tell everyone that this is a wonderful store: the prices don’t go up, only the people.”

The video was posted by the store on social media and has gone viral in the past 24 hours, being viewed and shared hundreds of thousands of times.
Store management insists that Anne was not injured in the strange incident. She was quickly removed and offered to sit and drink coffee... But, according to her, she preferred to just smoke a cigarette to calm down.
The store owner rushes to the rescue
People praise Anne for not panicking. And she replies that she learned a lesson from what happened and will no longer stand so close to the roller shutters. Once was enough.
