An unexpected encounter between a young predator and a clubfooted animal was captured last summer by a tourist in a forested area of the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve (Chandrapur district, Maharashtra state, India).
A sloth bear making its way along the edge of the forest unexpectedly came face to face with a young predator who had seen such a strange animal for the first time.
However, the confrontation between the inhabitants of the protected area was short-lived and the animals did not aggravate relations, but soon fled in different directions.
