A drunk 33-year-old driver driving a rented Haval drove into oncoming traffic and collided with an Opel. The 22-year-old Opel driver was killed.
The case was initiated under an article on violation of traffic rules, which resulted in the death of a person, by a drunk driver. The defendant faces up to 12 years in prison.
