On August 15 in Azov, Rostov region, at the intersection of Izmailova and Lenin streets, a 49-year-old driver of an Opel minibus knocked down a 14-year-old girl who was crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing. The student was taken to the hospital with injuries. The moment of the collision was captured by the video recorder of an eyewitness.
