Failed to dismount at a pedestrian crossing and caused an accident

A curious accident occurred in the city of Ivanovo. An Opel Vectra car collided at an intersection with a 30-year-old cyclist who was not dismounting at a pedestrian crossing. As a result, the injured cyclist was taken to the hospital and a protocol was drawn up against him under Art. 12.29 h. 2 "Violation of the Rules of the road by a person driving a bicycle."
