As a result of a missile strike by Russian troops on Kharkov, there were deaths. As of 10.35, four deaths were reported in Kharkov.

“As a result of an attack by invaders on a residential building in Kharkov, a 59-year-old woman was killed. Four people were hospitalized in a medical facility, including a ten-year-old girl. Two women are in serious condition,” the report says.
