On the evening of September 12, 5 cars collided on the 95th kilometer of the Yoshkar-Ola - Zelenodolsk highway. Two people died and four more were injured, the republic’s traffic police reports.

“As a result of a collision of five cars, two people were killed and four were injured. According to preliminary data, the cause of the incident could have been one of the cars driving into oncoming traffic,” the report says.
