Powerful explosions occurred in Belgorod; Governor Gladkov says the city center was shelled

On the afternoon of December 30, powerful explosions occurred in Belgorod.
Governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov reported shelling of the city center, Censor.NET reports.
He claims that the city is allegedly being shelled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Gladkov also assures that there are victims.
