According to the preliminary version, two natives of Uzbekistan quarreled over a tool; they could not share the shovel and began shouting loudly and pushing each other.
Two workers who were cleaning the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin could not share a shovel among themselves and began to conflict.
Other workers, most of whom are natives of Uzbekistan, also joined the dispute. The conflict led to a mass brawl.
