The woman says she was in Baltimore with her son and a friend when the incident happened. They were waiting for a bus near the Baltimore World Trade Center that was supposed to take them home to Washington, and her 4-year-old son Quincy started swinging along the metal railing.
Ms. Gorn recalls that he had already slid between the railings five times, and it did not cause any problems. But when the bus arrived and it was time to go, Quincy said that he was stuck. At first, she did not believe that it was possible, and asked a friend to help while she packed her bags. But when even her friend could not free the boy, it became clear that the matter was serious.
