18-year-old Jiang Zhaoopeng was driving with a friend to an entrance exam when the friend suddenly became ill - the boy lost consciousness, stopped breathing and began to convulse.
Jiang immediately began CPR and told the taxi driver to rush to the hospital. The driver ran red lights six times to make it in time. Thanks to their actions, the boy was saved.
When the story went viral on social media, the authorities decided to give the hero a second chance - he will be able to retake the exam on an additional day.
