76-year-old businessman drove on the road where there is a restriction 50 km/h, at a speed of 82 km/h. In addition, Wyklof had previously been twice fined for speeding, which was considered aggravating circumstance. The annual income of the company owned by the infringer, amounted to 350 million euros. According to the rules, the businessman will pay a fine in the amount of his disposable income for 14 days.
