11-year-old boy quarreled with his mother, got on a bicycle and rode 130 km (3 photos)

Chinese media recently reported on an 11-year-old boy who cycled 130 kilometers in less than 24 hours. He was determined to get to his grandmother's house after an argument with mother. Didn't make it 10 miles!





An 11-year-old boy from Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China quarreled with his mother. Without thinking twice, he packed a backpack, got on a bicycle and went to another city to his grandmother - 140 km from home.

He did not even hide this fact and directly told his mother that went to visit his grandmother in Mejiang, but his mother did not believe him. She underestimated him determination!

The boy pedaled the bike for about 22 hours without break, day and night, driving on busy roads and highways. He ate only bread and water, which he took with him. And stopped only when the power runs out. By this time he had overcome an impressive distance of about 130 kilometers!



On the evening of April 2, passers-by noticed an 11-year-old tired and lone boy in a freeway tunnel and immediately called the police. When the officers asked the child where he was from and what he makes one, they were shocked by his response. It is reported that the child was so exhausted that he had to be carried from the car to police station.

A police spokesman told reporters that the boy traveled through China's complex road infrastructure using only road signs, because of which, during his journey, he several times made a mistake and turned in the wrong direction.

Nevertheless, he almost reached his goal: there was an hour's drive to his grandmother's house.



Both the boy's parents and his grandmother came to pick him up from police station. The mother admitted that she considered his threat to go to grandmother with the usual childish hysteria and did not take it into account.
