They accidentally heard the squeak of a dog under the rubble and hurried to help. As it turned out, the dog was covered with concrete chips. He could not get out on his own and therefore attracted attention. In addition, he was severely dehydrated. Rescuers gave him water from the palm of his hand, and at the same time pulled him out of the rubble.
