Drunk student opened fire in a hostel in Krasnodar

A CCTV camera installed in the dormitory of the Krasnodar Institute captured a 20-year-old freshman who fired. The student took up arms after a quarrel with the commandant and other students.
The commandant of the hostel made a remark to the young man who was listening to music loudly and drinking alcohol. The guy refused to turn down the volume and got into a verbal altercation with the woman and the other tenants. During the conflict, the student fired blanks several times from a blanked weapon in the direction of the students.
The guards detained the freshman and handed him over to the police. A criminal case was initiated against him under the article on hooliganism. Now the student faces up to seven years in prison.
