The cat hitchhiked 10 thousand kilometers from Murmansk to Vladivostok (5 photos + 1 video)
Most cats are dedicated homebodies, but some furry cats prefer a completely different lifestyle. For example, Sam from Murmansk is an avid traveler! On February 5, this amazing cat completed a 2-month tour of Russian cities, reaching Vladivostok! Sam travels, of course, not alone, but in the company of his master Vladislav. Together they covered a distance of 10 thousand kilometers!
But the most interesting thing is that the travelers traveled almost the entire country by hitchhiking!
Vladislav had the idea of this unique trip a long time ago. But before setting off, the young man carefully planned everything and thoroughly prepared.
On the road, the man took a huge backpack that weighed almost 40 kilograms. It’s worth noting that a significant portion of the weight came from Sam’s food and other cat supplies.
Vladislav assures that his pet feels great in such extreme conditions. During the trip, Sam behaved very calmly and watched with interest the changing landscapes through the car window.
The young man admits that the journey was not easy, but Vladislav and Sam are not going to stop there.
“Soon we will start writing a new book about adventures, sharing stories and experiences with you! The training is coming to an end, it’s time to get down to serious business!” shared Vladislav.
The young man calls this trip a long walk and plans to make an even longer tour in the future!
