In the United States, a ghost ship washed ashore with delicacies on board (5 photos)
A Japanese fishing trawler that disappeared during the 2011 tsunami has been found off Arcadia Beach in Oregon. The ghost ship has been drifting across the Pacific Ocean for a long time and now, finally, the current has washed it ashore. The ship was pretty battered, having been in the Great Pacific Garbage Patch twice. An additional bonus to the ship were the sea ducks that took a liking to its hull. These shells are the most expensive crustaceans in the world; a serving of this dish in restaurants costs $120. The ship will be scrapped, but the barnacles will most likely be eaten.
