“Good night, kids” is not just a program, it’s an entire era. The third generation of boys and girls falls asleep to it. For today’s viewers, the names “Aunt Valya” and “Aunt Sveta” probably don’t mean anything anymore, but, meanwhile, these presenters were practically family in every home of the USSR. Let's remember those who wished the guys "Good night" from the moment the program was born and appear on the air now.

Aunt Valya, Valentina Leontyeva

Aunt Valya became the first presenter of the program. At first she broadcast a program with two dolls: the hare Tepa and the Nimble Boy, and only after a while these characters gave way to everyone’s favorite Stepashka, Khryusha, Fillet, and then Karkusha.

Aunt Valya was perhaps the most beloved presenter of the program, to whom children from all over the country wrote letters. They say that one day she received a letter in which, instead of an address, it was written: “Tilivisor, Aunt Valya.” In the letter, the kid asked Valentina Mikhailovna to never, ever go on vacation. Aunt Valya hosted the program for 30 years with a short break to go abroad - in 1965, she and her diplomat husband went to New York for 2 years.

Aunt Sveta, Svetlana Zhiltsova

During her absence, Aunt Valya was replaced by Svetlana Zhiltsova. Little viewers also fell in love with Aunt Sveta. One day she acted out and spoke from the screen about her son, whom she called a naughty boy who didn’t make his bed on time. Son Vanya was very surprised then.

Aunt Lina, Angelina Vovk

At the same time as Aunt Sveta, Aunt Lina, Angelina Vovk, began going on air. A soft, kind, smiling woman got into the program by accident. She had to urgently replace the presenter. She recalls that as soon as the red light on the camera came on, she immediately forgot both the topic of the program and the text. I didn’t remember how the broadcast went, and came to my senses only after the words “Stop, it’s been filmed!” The film crew congratulated the girl, everyone admitted that she had done an excellent broadcast. So Angelina Vovk became “Aunt Lina” and worked in this capacity for many more years.

Angelina Mikhailovna later said that hosting the program was not easy for her. Each program was conducted strictly according to the script, which was approved. “Gag” was not encouraged, and the lack of improvisation was very difficult for Angelina Mikhailovna.

Uncle Volodya, Vladimir Ukhin

Uncle Volodya became the first male presenter of this program. Like Valentina Leontyeva, he was a “long-liver” of the program. His experience in it is 31 years. Uncle Volodya’s favorite character was Khryusha; he was called “Khryusha’s dad” on television. But the presenter also loved Filya very much, although he sometimes asked tricky questions that were not so easy to answer. For example, when four-door trams appeared in Moscow, the inquisitive Filya asked: “Which doors should you enter and which should you exit?” At that time, Vladimir had not yet seen the new trams, so he found it difficult to answer. I had to make a separate program dedicated to these trams, the presenter later recalled.

It was thanks to Uncle Volodya that Angelina Vovk appeared on the program - he was the presenter who was late for the broadcast. In addition to Angelina Vovk, Vladimir Ukhin brought the famous “film traveler” Yuri Senkevich to television. Uncle Volodya hosted “Good Night, Kids” until 1992, and after that he gave concerts with the participation of puppets in different cities of Russia.

Aunt Tanya, Tatyana Sudets

There were several presenters with the name “Aunt Tanya” in the program, but Tatyana Sudets was the first to be called that. She worked on the program for almost 25 years. Tatyana's favorite was Khryusha - this is exactly what, in her opinion, children are like: naughty, sometimes wayward, restless, inquisitive. She enjoys watching programs from those years and regrets that “Good Night, Kids” has changed.

Aunt Tanya No. 2, Tatyana Vedeneeva

Tatyana Vedeneeva came to the program in 1977. By that time, she was already a popular television presenter, so she had some privileges and could make adjustments to the scripts. So, her discovery was the presentation of some object about which Aunt Tanya told a story or composed a fairy tale. One day she brought a wooden bird to the broadcast and told a fairy tale about a sick boy who dreamed that spring would come quickly. His dad, having learned about his son’s wish, allegedly made this bird so that the child would look at it and imagine spring. Aunt Tanya ended the fairy tale with the words that a bird in the house is a sign of goodness and peace. After this program, the program was bombarded with letters from children who thanked him for the wonderful fairy tale.

Uncle Yura, Yuri Nikolaev

Yuri Nikolaev came to the program in the early 90s. He was already the famous presenter of Morning Mail, but became no less beloved Uncle Yura for millions of boys and girls in Russia.

Yuri Kuklachev

In 1995, when the program’s presenters changed, theater and film actor Yuri Grigoriev and Yuri Kuklachev took over, leading the program first alone, then together with Khryusha. The kids remember the artist, of course, for his cats.

Uncle Yura, Yuri Grigoriev

Uncle Yura began hosting the program “Good Night, Kids” in 1995, and before that he worked in other children’s programs. He recalls that the first program with his participation really surprised his then little daughter - the girl looked first at her dad sitting next to her, then at the screen. Now Yuri also hosts children's programs, gives concerts, and plays in plays.

Uncle Grisha, Grigory Gladkov

People sometimes came to the program and became temporary presenters. This was Uncle Grisha - Grigory Gladkov. He brought a guitar and sang songs that he specially composed for the show. Grigory Gladkov is the author of famous songs and music for the cartoons “Plasticine Crow”, “Last Year’s Snow Was Falling”, “About Vera and Anfisa”. Uncle Grisha was the presenter on the program “Good Night, Kids” for 5 years.

Rakhat Lukumych, Hmayak Hakobyan

The first broadcast of the famous Hmayak in a children's program took place in 1998. Since then he has appeared regularly on the program. The kids remembered his interesting outfit - a bright oriental robe and a magician's hat, as well as an elaborate greeting: “I am happy to see you again, oh, my radiant friends!” and the strange spell “Sim-salavim-akhalai-mahalai.”

Dima, Dmitry Khaustov

The youngest presenter of the program, whose name did not have the traditional prefix “uncle” attached to it. He led the program from 1996 to 2003.

Alexander Lenkov

Sometimes the program was hosted by Alexander Lenkov. The gnome Bukvoezhka spoke in his voice for many years.

Vladimir Linchevsky

Vladimir Linchevsky is an actor who has portrayed himself in various programs as either the Wizard, Munchausen, the Doctor, or the host of the cycle of Fairy Tales of the Peoples of the World.

Yulia, Yulia Pustovoitova

Yulia Pustovoitova is also one of the youngest presenters of the program. She hosted "Good Night, Kids" from 1998 to 2003. They also called her simply Julia.

Uncle Vitya, Viktor Bychkov

Victor hosted the program from 2002 to 2012. This is an unexpected role for the actor, whom viewers are accustomed to seeing as the forester Kuzmich. Victor says that he came to the program, firstly, because he wanted to dilute the female kingdom of the presenters, and, secondly, because he loves children and remembers his difficult childhood, in which the boy got his first purchased toy car at the age of 7 .

Some programs were also hosted by musical star Natalya Bystrova, singer Valeria, poet Roman Semenovich Sef

Aunt Anya, Anna Mikhalkova

He has been running the program since 2002.

Aunt Ksyusha, Oksana Fedorova

Oksana came to the program after winning the Miss Universe beauty contest. Since 2002, she has been the host of this program.

Uncle Dima, Dmitry Malikov

Dmitry appeared on the program when it was time for Oksana Fedorova to go on maternity leave.

Uncle Kolya, Nikolai Valuev

The most controversial presenter of a children's program. His appearance on the program simply caused a storm of emotions among netizens who could hardly imagine the boxer in the role of a “nanny” telling fairy tales. However, the majority admitted that Uncle Kolya is very natural in this role and is not at all scary. However, all the current presenters, alas, are far from Aunt Valya, Uncle Volodya and those who remain only in the memory of boys and girls who have grown up long ago.
