99-year-old Helga Duffy from the UK entered the Guinness World Records after flying on the wing of an airplane at RFC Rendcomb Airfield in Gloucestershire.
The pensioner was inspired to take on the adventure by a staff member at the care home where she lives. Duffy had never tried anything like it before, and after the flight, she admitted she felt euphoric. After landing, she was presented with a certificate as the world's oldest participant in such a flight.
