A diver has discovered a 162-year-old bottle of Guinness at the bottom of the English Channel, where it had been resting underwater since the Victorian era. It was recovered from the wreck of a British sailing ship that sank in 1864. If experts deem the liquid safe to drink, the diver plans to give it a taste test. Scientists also hope to study the vintage yeast to recreate authentic 19th-century Guinness in a project dubbed "Jurassic Beer."
