Two foreign tourists decided to climb the famous Pyramid of Kukulkan at the Chichen Itza archaeological complex. Despite a strict ban since 2008, they brazenly climbed the steep steps to the top. Security guards and the outraged tourists apprehended the violators on the spot. They face a hefty fine.
