Two American fighter jets collided during an air show in Idaho
The crash occurred during the second day of the Gunfighter Skies air show, which takes place at the active U.S. Air Force Base Mountain Home, located southeast of Boise, the state capital. The incident occurred several kilometers from the airfield. According to reports, two U.S. Navy Super Hornets and a Growler collided.
A video was posted on local social media showing one fighter jet performing a stunt, flying on top of another, touching the bottom of its fuselage. The pilots then eject, their parachutes deploy, and the aircraft crash and explode.
