In Uzbekistan, a balloon seller nearly blew up tourists

The incident occurred in the historic part of Bukhara. During the launch, a cluster of balloons rose into the air, hit a power line, and began sparking, followed by a loud bang.

It was later discovered that the balloons were being sold by a 19-year-old man. According to the investigation, he filled them with household natural gas at a friend's home.
