An explosion of balloons has marred the day of festival-goers in India. The incident was captured by one of the event's visitors.
An explosion of dozens of balloons filled with a flammable air mixture occurred before the consecration of Ganapati (Hindu religious tradition of worshiping Ganesha as the main deity) in the temple of the city of Mehsana (Gujarat, India).
At least thirty pilgrims required medical assistance. Local law enforcement began investigating the incident.
