According to the expert, tennis player Roger Federer slept up to 12 hours a day, including a nap, while track and field athlete Usain Bolt maintained a sleep schedule of around 9.5–10 hours, sometimes adding a short nap before competitions. Basketball player LeBron James is also known for his strict recovery regimen and extensive sleep, which can reach approximately 12 hours a night. According to the expert, this approach to recovery is often the hidden factor behind outstanding athletic performance.
