A bus driver burst into tears after an argument with a passenger
In Taiwan, a bus passenger captured the driver's extremely emotional reaction to an argument. The man burst into tears while driving.
On the bus, a woman began arguing with the driver, accusing him of missing her stop. He responded that the woman hadn't pressed the button, which was why he hadn't stopped. The altercation resulted in the driver bursting into tears while driving.
The video went viral on Chinese social media, sparking a wave of discussion. Many noted that bus drivers in Taipei face many challenges: congested roads, numerous mopeds, and long shifts. The man was likely already under a lot of stress. Some expressed sympathy for the driver, while others noted that he overreacted to the argument, as it was part of the job.
Later, the transport company announced that the man had been given two extra days off, a free consultation with a psychologist, and would receive a small bonus upon his return.
What do you think, is such a reaction acceptable?
