A female school bus driver in Bushnell, Florida, crossed a railroad crossing despite the warning lights and barriers lowering, declaring, "I'm not stopping for any train," while carrying 29 students.
The train eventually lightly clipped the rear of the bus, causing panic among the children.
The driver, Yvonne Hampton, 67, was fired and later arrested. She now faces 29 felony counts of child neglect, as well as charges of dangerous driving and criminal negligence.
She has already appeared in court and has been released on bail while the case continues.
