In Japan, you can buy ballpoint pens with live parasitic worms. The pens are made by artisans in Kochi Prefecture, a region renowned for its agriculture and fishing traditions. 
The worms are removed from fresh fish and then placed in a special solution. Each pen costs 550 yen.
The parasitic pens are only sold offline in Kochi Prefecture—their creator encourages you to come and pick them up in person.
