The building itself, near King's Cross station, resembles a "lying skyscraper": it's approximately 330 meters long. The design was developed by architects Thomas Heatherwick and Bjarke Ingels. The building's roof will feature a large garden with panoramic views of London. Construction began in 2018 and is estimated to cost approximately one billion pounds.
