A large sum of money was raised online for an elderly couple who were forced to work as courier services due to medical expenses. 
78-year-old Richard Pulley delivered a package to Brittany Smith's home in Tennessee. She noticed how carefully he walked up the steps, struck up a conversation, and learned that he and his wife, Brenda, had "come out of retirement" due to medical expenses.
Smith launched a fundraiser, and within a few days, users had donated over $800,000 so the couple could retire again.
