Mercedes-Benz has partially unveiled the AMG GT electric supercar, revealing its interior. Notable features include the asymmetrical dashboard design, completely devoid of physical buttons, and a dedicated screen for the right passenger.

Emphasizing the model's sporty character, Mercedes-Benz has angled the center console with a 14-inch multimedia display toward the driver. A screen of the same size is installed in front of the passenger. The digital instrument cluster operates on a more modest 10.2-inch screen.

Physical buttons and switches are located on the console between the seats and the steering wheel. The dashboard, however, is fully touch-sensitive. Climate control has also been moved to the infotainment system. Mercedes-Benz itself claims the car's operating logic is "balanced." One of its elements is the voice assistant.

The switches between the seats control three systems. Response Control regulates the electric motors and the accelerator pedal. Agility Control adjusts the car's handling when cornering. Traction Control offers nine levels of intervention from the AMG Race Engineer system. The driver can also quickly access key functions using two buttons on the steering wheel, each with its own LCD display.

Familiar attributes of AMG models include illuminated air vents styled like jet engines, a steering wheel with a tucked-in rim, carbon fiber trim, and haptic feedback, optional AMG Performance seats, and a metal wing-shaped trim on the center console.

The Sky Control panoramic roof can be switched between transparent and opaque modes. At night, AMG emblems or racing stripes are projected onto the glass, matching the ambient lighting color scheme. Buyers can choose between four- and five-seat configurations. Second-row comfort is promised to allow adult passengers to enjoy long journeys. The Mercedes-AMG GT 4-door is expected to debut this spring.
