Lima's main racetrack, the Monterrico Hippodrome, where thoroughbreds have competed for over 60 years, hosted an unusual race: instead of horses, girls dressed as Umamusume: Pretty Derby characters took to the track. Ears, tails, and brightly colored outfits made the event a true celebration for anime fans and fans of unusual cosplay.
