A Geelong, Australia, resident was terrified when a copperhead snake coiled around her leg. It's unclear whether the snake intended to bite, but the last thing the woman wanted to know was whether it did, as copperheads are venomous and can easily kill a person without immediate medical attention.
Luckily, this time there were no bites, and the woman managed to shake the snake off her leg before falling to the ground.
A local snake catcher, who caught the copperhead, stated that the snake was also a victim in this situation, as it was also frightened by the experience. Regardless, the snake was safely removed from the garden.
