A group of people gathered for a delicious meal—they had meat grilling on the table. At some point, a burner ignited, and the flames quickly spread, engulfing nearby diners.
The main cause of explosions is using a pot that's too large, which blocks the gas cylinder compartment and prevents the heat from dissipating. As a result, the cylinder overheats, the pressure builds, and an explosion occurs. Such incidents occur regularly both at home and in restaurants. In Beijing, restaurants are officially prohibited from using such grills indoors.
