Bethesda has released a fully functional replica of the Pip-Boy 3000 handheld computer from Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. This is the first 1:1 scale replica of its kind that actually functions, rather than being a decorative accessory. 
For all these years, Fallout fans have been content with plastic toys. The Pip-Boy Edition in Fallout 4 was cute, but it was essentially a phone holder. The Wand Company, in collaboration with Bethesda, has created a 1:1 scale replica of the Pip-Boy 3000 from Fallout 3 and New Vegas that actually works.
The device was created using the original in-game geometry. The front is cast metal with detailed machining, the body is engineered ABS plastic, and the wristband is made of memory foam.
The external display features a working IPS LCD screen that displays almost all in-game content from Fallout 3 and New Vegas. There are even minigames. You can play Atomic Command directly on the Pip-Boy.
This replica functions as a full-fledged clock with an alarm. A machined aluminum stand transforms it into a Fallout-themed table or bedside clock.
Dimensions are 178 by 130 by 130 millimeters, weight 724 grams. The box includes a USB-C charging cable, an external antenna for FM radio, a RobCo Allen key, and a manual. It is powered by a built-in battery.
