1. Adele





In 2020, the singer of the hit "Hello" lost a significant amount of weight. Grammy-winning Adele told Vogue that exercise helped her cope with her divorce from Simon Konecki. She emphasized that her workouts "were never about losing weight." But at some point, the singer became so obsessed with it that she began working out two or three times a day.

2. Pamela Anderson



Smoky eyes and bold lip contour became Pamela Anderson's signature look back in the '90s. But just five years ago, the Baywatch star decided to return to her natural beauty.

The 58-year-old actress explained her decision: "I started appearing at events without makeup and realized I liked being myself. I want people to stop seeing me as the characters I portrayed for protection."
