The Meganom architectural firm designed this structure. It will have 54 floors and is very thin—just 14 x 14 meters. However, in New York City, the project has been criticized for blocking views of the Empire State from certain angles, such as from the popular tourist destination Madison Square Park.
The building will reportedly contain only 26 apartments, with prices starting at $16 million apiece—naturally, we're talking about dollars.
